Vita.
As Systemic Management Coach, Leadership Trainer and Design Thinking Coach, I have come to the realization that in order to achieve true change or innovation within an organization, its core purpose needs to be clearly defined as well as understood and accepted by all employees and stakeholders. My core purpose is to support people in a way that enables them to transform and evolve, respecting their own individuality and personality. Having worked as a strategist in creative agencies and as a trainer and coach for more than 12 years, my work has been driven by enabling leaders and employees by showing them alternative ways of acting and decision making. What motivates me in my job is to help people in identifying their skills and resources and in making them resilient for the digital world. Disruptive changes have created a strong need for a people-centered approach and agile methods. For the past six years, I have also taught at the School of Design Thinking of the Hasso-Plattner-Institut. Coaching leaders and students has made me understood how a successful and goal-oriented curriculum and didactics for holistic learning should look like. Through coaching multidisciplinary teams on the implementation of Design Thinking, I have first-hand knowledge on transforming traditionally-run organizations into future-oriented ones. My teachings are based on a holistic approach beyond providing people with knowledge and creative toolkits, they are based on the balance of mind, body, and soul. For my own work-life balance, I am practicing yoga and pilates. I am also traveling a lot to be inspired – and challenged – by foreign cultures.
Mindful Thought.
“I am only interested in the ideas that become obsessive and make me feel uneasy. The ideas that I’m afraid of.” | MARINA ABRAMOVIC
“There is no progress toward ultimate freedom without transformation, and this is the key issue in all lives.” | B.K.S. IYENGAR
“The main tenet of design thinking is empathy for the people you’re trying to design for. Leadership is exactly the same thing – building empathy for the people that you’re entrusted to help.” | DAVID KELLEY
